Host an Art Party for your group!
Bring or join a group of people who will have a fun and inspiring 3 hour Art Party with everything provided except food and drink.
Starting with a blank canvas party goers will be instructed on how to set up a painting, they’ll complete some basic sketches and finally you will create a colourful painting of a still life scene, a portrait or an abstract work.
Petronella van Leusden, the artist and party leader, will guide people through the process unlocking new ways for people to see light & shade, colours & perspective and their own ability. Even those who claim “I can’t draw” will create a piece of art they will be excited to share with family and friends.

If you are a beginner, this class is designed just for you. You will be shown step by step how to paint an abstract portrait, still life or landscape that will amaze you!
There will be lots of painting tips given along the way. There are no drawings skills required, just a desire to paint!
Private Classes
Once people get a taste of their undiscovered creativity they often want to take it to the next level. Award Winning artist Petronella van Leusden will conduct private lessons in her studio on the Gold Coast.
